I am an experienced masseur providing deep tissue massages in my city centre practice. I trained in London and worked for a number of years in a practice there.
Holistic therapies treat the body as a whole and aim to restore natural homeostasis or balance. We all interact with life and our bodies in different ways and holistic massage compliments this to assist with general wellbeing. The treatments I provide will examine how your body deals with stress and pressure, and how we can recreate equilibrium.
